Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to client needs and circumstances.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems therapy, to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Assist clients in developing personal coping mechanisms and strategies for resilience to overcome life challenges.

• Maintain up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards while ensuring client confidentiality.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to coordinate treatment plans that address comprehensive client health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active LMFT license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
