Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients’ mental health status and emotional well-being, employing various assessment tools and methodologies.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals, making use of evidence-based clinical practices.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, applying therapeutic interventions suited to the specific needs of the client

• Regularly monitor and document clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health challenges, utilizing de-escalation techniques and supportive communication strategies.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential client records in accordance with legal regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic and comprehensive approach to client care.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in supervision, training opportunities, and staying updated on the latest mental health research and clinical practices.

• Adhere strictly to the ethical guidelines and standards as defined by relevant licensing boards and professional organizations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Ultimate Support Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, as well as performance-based bonus opportunities.
