Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans, utilizing diagnostic tools and evidence-based assessments.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to administer individual and group therapy sessions that address specific patient concerns.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, allowing patients to share their experiences and create a sense of community and support.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure continuity and coordination of care, discussing treatment strategies during case consultations and team meetings.

• Provide crisis intervention and support strategies during mental health emergencies, showcasing your ability to remain composed and effective under pressure.

Qualifications\n
