Executive Chef - Upscale Italian Concept

An established and growing upscale Italian restaurant group is seeking a passionate, hands‑on culinary leader to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who thrives in a scratch kitchen environment, values authentic Italian cuisine, and has a true passion for fresh pasta production and elevated guest experiences. This chef‑driven concept is known for high standards, exceptional hospitality, seasonal menus, and a strong commitment to quality ingredients and execution. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can mentor and develop teams while maintaining consistency in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. What We’re Looking For: Strong fresh pasta experience and ability to execute and lead handmade pasta production at a high level Authentic Italian culinary background with passion for traditional and regional Italian cuisine Experience in high‑volume, scratch kitchen environments with elevated standards Hands‑on leadership style with ability to train, mentor, and develop kitchen teams Strong organizational, communication, and systems‑driven approach to kitchen operations Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining consistency and quality Experience with ordering, inventory, labor management, and food cost controls Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and creating memorable guest experiences Looking for long‑term growth with a respected and expanding restaurant group Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary plus performance bonus (100k++) 401(k) with 3% company match after 1 year 80 hours PTO offered upon hire Employee healthcare benefits offered Relocation assistance will be considered for the right candidate Excellent long‑term growth opportunity within a growing hospitality organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
