Compensation and Benefits Lead

Join a growing organization seeking a Compensation & Benefits Lead to lead the administration, analysis, and enhancement of total rewards programs. This role partners closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to drive compensation strategy, benefits management, workforce planning, and HR analytics. Key Responsibilities Manage compensation programs including salary structures, merit cycles, bonuses, incentives, promotions, and market benchmarking. Partner with leaders on job leveling, offer strategy, pay decisions, pay equity, and compensation planning. Oversee health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs, including vendor and broker relationships. Lead annual benefits renewals and open enrollment while evaluating program competitiveness and cost effectiveness. Develop compensation and benefits reporting, metrics, workforce planning insights, and budgeting recommendations. Support compliance, audits, documentation, and governance across compensation and benefits programs. Leverage Workday and advanced Excel capabilities to analyze data, manage compensation processes, and provide actionable insights. Location Hybrid, Tri-State area preferred (2-3 days per week in NYC) Compensation Base salary: $125,000-$145,000 plus annual bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr Frazer Jones
