Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite, allowing you to work directly in patients' homes, fostering a deep understanding of their unique environments and needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their physical condition and symptoms, providing a foundation to create effective treatment plans.
• Diagnose movement dysfunctions using evidence-based methodologies and develop individualized rehabilitation plans tailored to the patient’s needs.
• Instruct patients on the correct execution of therapeutic exercises aimed at improving mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
• Administer therapeutic modalities, such as massage techniques, to promote healing and pain relief.
• Assist patients in utilizing assistive equipment (e.g., wheelchairs, walkers) to enhance their mobility and independence during both rehabilitation and daily activities.
• Maintain detailed patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and outcomes to contribute to ongoing improvement in care strategies.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding home treatment options, ongoing exercises, and overall health management.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
