Our work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while meeting the needs of our clients through consistent availability.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs, developing personalized treatment plans that cater to their specific mental health issues.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices to address conditions including anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and nurses, to ensure an integrated approach to client care, sharing insights and strategies for the benefit of patient outcomes.

• Stay updated on current trends and best practices in mental health counseling through continuous professional development opportunities.

• Monitor client progress and adapt therapy strategies based on individual responses and changing circumstances, maintaining an ongoing dialogue to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of direct experience working with clients facing mental health challenges, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for swift rapport-building with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
