Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients via secure video conferencing platforms to improve mental health and emotional well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients are pre-screened and typically present with low-acuity mental health needs. You will work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, each seeking support for a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues. Our approach is built on understanding and collaboration, allowing counselors to make a real difference in clients' lives without the stress of high-acuity cases.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.

• Possession of an active, independent professional license recognized by the state board, such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW; provisional licenses are not considered.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough evaluations and make recommendations for treatment planning.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to ethical practice in mental health counseling.

• Strong computer skills to effectively utilize virtual therapy tools and manage client records.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in providing therapeutic services in a virtual setting or familiarity with telehealth practices is highly valuable.
