Work Environment\n

This full-time position is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while connecting with clients through our telehealth platform. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling a balanced work-life structure. As part of our team, you will utilize state-of-the-art electronic health record systems to document client interactions and treatment outcomes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive teletherapy sessions to clients, tailoring your approach based on individual needs and presenting issues.

• Conduct thorough assessments of client mental health, utilizing standardized tools to inform treatment planning.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with best practices in mental health care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our electronic health record system to facilitate continuity of care.

• Collaborate actively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to optimize patient outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support to clients in distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. By leveraging your expertise, you will help these clients develop coping strategies and healthy behaviors, ultimately promoting their mental health recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required, with a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology preferred.

• Must hold an active California license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling services is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently while maintaining organizational skills and attention to detail.
