Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct remote counseling sessions using secure telehealth platforms, ensuring compliance with all privacy policies and regulations.

• Prepare and maintain accurate client records, documentation, and progress notes while following clinical best practices.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and progress; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams as needed.

• Engage in continuous professional development and participate in team meetings to enhance therapeutic practices and share insights.

• Provide support and education to clients and their families, addressing mental health challenges effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population that includes adult clients facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus of $3,000 for newly approved counselors.

• Full-time counselors may qualify for a healthcare stipend after meeting requirements, as well as performance-based incentives.

• In addition to competitive pay, counselors can earn additional bonuses for client sign-ons and retainment.
