As a Mental Health Counselor at Encare, your primary responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A full, unrestricted license to practice therapy independently as one of the following:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on record.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

• Strong proficiency in using technology for therapy and documentation purposes.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience working with diverse populations and proficiency in using telehealth platforms will be advantageous in this position.
