Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that analyze and understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to client needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.

• Design and execute individualized treatment plans that encompass specific goals and realistic interventions to support each client's recovery journey.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to support clients in moments of acute distress.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client interactions, therapy sessions, and treatment plans, complying with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
