Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and develop personalized therapeutic strategies.

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions tailored to individual client requirements, focusing on evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals, to ensure continuity of care.

• Create and manage effective treatment plans, setting achievable goals and regularly reviewing progress with clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHRs) in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operational procedures to protect the well-being of clients and staff.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adults and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to connect authentically with clients will be crucial in building trust and delivering effective therapeutic interventions. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in outpatient mental health settings.

• Master's Degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
