Work Environment\n

This role is designed as a full-time remote position, allowing for flexibility while maintaining high-quality patient care. Our therapists typically work from the comfort of their home, using telehealth technology to reach patients effectively. While our established work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility is possible to accommodate patient needs and ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide individual and group therapy.

• Facilitate support and psychoeducational groups that foster a community atmosphere where clients can share their experiences and learn from one another.

• Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for every patient.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, using your skills to stabilize situations and offer immediate assistance.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources, empowering them to take control of their wellness journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, following all legal and ethical standards required of mental health professionals.

• Actively engage in case consultations and team meetings, bringing insights that enhance team collaboration and patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado.

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders and a strong proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience in conducting mental health assessments and formulating strategic treatment plans.
\n
• Proven ability to deliver therapeutic services to individuals and groups, including marginalized and diverse populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
\n
• Strong ethical standards and judgment, maintaining professionalism and boundaries at all times.
\n
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and effective computer application skills.

• A collaborative spirit and willingness to work closely with a multidisciplinary team.
