Accounts Payable Specialist

Truity Partners is supporting a client in Brookfield, WI in their search for an Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a temporary position, estimated to last approximately 6 months, with potential for extension or conversion. The role is 100% onsite on a first-shift schedule. Pay is estimated at $25.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Process and code high-volume vendor invoices within an ERP system Manage invoice workflow approvals across multiple locations Resolve vendor and internal payment discrepancies Reconcile vendor statements and support month-end AP close Assist with AP process and automation improvementsEXPERIENCE REQUIRED
2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience ERP experience required (Acumatica preferred) Experience in high-volume or multi-entity environments preferred Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr Truity PartnersVacancy posted 5 days ago
