Key Responsibilities Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions through video conferencing platforms, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to facilitate client progress. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to optimize patient care and outcomes. Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and supervision, enhancing your skills and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in mental health treatment. Participate actively in team meetings and case management discussions to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Patient Population / Client Focus You will primarily work with a diverse client population seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Qualifications A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required. Hold a valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW). A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in counseling or a closely related field. Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic health records (EHRs) and other relevant healthcare technologies essential for documentation and communication. Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with team members. Preferred Experience Experience conducting therapy sessions in a virtual environment, adapting strategies and interventions suitable for online delivery. Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this role ranges from USD 95,000 to USD 105,000 annually, based on productivity and relevant experience.
