Work Environment\n

This role operates within a fully remote and telehealth framework, providing flexibility and ease in conducting therapy sessions from your own workspace. Our practice hours range from Monday to Saturday, allowing clinicians to create their own schedules that best fit their work-life balance. With in-house credentialing and administrative support for insurance participation, practitioners can focus directly on patient care without the added stress of managing logistics.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, determining their needs in a clinical context.

• Engage in regular patient rounds with interdisciplinary teams, facilitating collaboration through detailed documentation and case discussions.

• Provide tailored therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support the individualized needs of patients.

• Oversee case management for assigned patients, coordinating with community professionals and programs to ensure a holistic approach to care.

• Maintain ethical and timely documentation, fulfilling departmental expectations and enhancing patient treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas is required.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

• Willingness to commit to offer mental health services for 10 to 40 hours (or more) per week, contributing to a flexible yet productive schedule.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and credentials. In addition, we provide:
