Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a trusting therapeutic relationship with patients, building rapport that promotes openness and engagement.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, integrating clinical interview techniques and standardized assessment tools.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans based on therapeutic outcomes and feedback.

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care; refer clients to specialists when required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• Prior work experience in an outpatient clinic or community mental health setting is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
