Work Environment\n

This role offers a full-time, remote work setting, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively. You're expected to work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. While the remote nature of the role provides flexibility, you will be required to participate in team meetings and collaborative care sessions virtually, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to understand client needs, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Regularly assess and modify treatment plans and therapeutic approaches as clients evolve, striving for the best outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a varied client base, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing a range of issues from relationship conflicts to anxiety and depression. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active LMFT license in Maryland is required.

• Proven proficiency in evidence-based therapy methods, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with team members.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with at least two years of experience in a clinical setting providing therapy are preferred. Experience working with groups and families dealing with traumatic experiences or crisis intervention will be considered an asset.
