This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while making significant contributions to the treatment of patients. With a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, our work culture emphasizes collaboration and open communication. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is on individuals grappling with substance use disorders, including but not limited to alcohol, opioids, and stimulants. As a therapist, you will work closely with diverse clients, including those in acute stages of detoxification and those further along in their recovery. Your role will directly influence their mental health, confidence, and capacity to engage in recovery-oriented efforts.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This rewarding position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, accompanied by additional bonuses for exceptional performance.
