Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychotherapy services tailored to diverse patient needs. Your daily activities will include:

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and adjusting techniques to suit patients' unique circumstances.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards set by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Michigan.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
