Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions with clients using our secure online portal, ensuring confidentiality and a safe space for open discussion.

• Assess client needs reliably through comprehensive evaluations and discussions to inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment strategies and interventions accordingly to promote optimal mental health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, compliant with relevant regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborate as needed with other healthcare professionals to create a comprehensive support network for clients, including referrals to additional services when appropriate.

• Actively engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed of best practices, new methodologies, and emerging trends in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a therapist in the state of Texas is mandatory; acceptable licenses include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
