Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough counseling sessions through secure telehealth platforms, enabling clients to express their feelings and thoughts in a safe environment.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, to help clients enhance coping strategies and adapt to significant life changes.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring that progress notes and treatment plans are up-to-date and accurate.

• Adhere to ethical standards and collaborate discreetly with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to sustain your professional development and remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment disorders, and other related mental health issues. The remote nature of our services allows you to reach underserved populations who may face barriers to traditional in-person counseling. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a mental health counselor, psychologist, or social worker.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, based on experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus.
