Facilities Coordinator

A financial services firm is seeking a facilities coordinator to sit onsite in there New York office. Responsibilities Troubleshoot office and facilities issues and coordinate with building management, property teams, and vendors as needed. Coordinate and escort vendors for repairs, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and equipment needs. Oversee janitorial services, identify deficiencies, and follow up to ensure issues are resolved promptly. Keep common areas clean and organized. Manage timely ordering of food, office supplies, pantry items, coffee, and other office needs. Monitor inventory and maintain accurate records of office, kitchen, pantry, and maintenance supplies. Track maintenance requests and vendor work Partner with the Office Coordinator and Executive Assistants on office operations, events, special requests, and day-to-day priorities. Provide general office and facilities support and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed. Requirements 2+ years of experience in Facilities High school diploma or GED required. Strong work ethic and attention to detail Hours: 8am - 4pm, Monday-Friday The annual base salary range is $80,000 to $110,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
