Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, diseases, or surgeries, particularly focusing on orthopedic conditions.
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments that utilize a variety of techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment.
• Implement treatment strategies to alleviate pain, restore mobility, and enhance functional abilities through targeted therapeutic interventions.
• Track progress meticulously, documenting patients' responses to therapy and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment procedures, as well as guide them in using assistive devices to facilitate self-care and ambulation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to foster a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
• Stay abreast of industry developments by participating in continuing education opportunities, attending workshops, and engaging with professional networks.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient demographic, ranging from young children to older adults, each facing unique orthopedic challenges. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with a strong understanding of orthopedic principles and practices.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic health records and documentation systems.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
