Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand each client’s underlying concerns, establishing individualized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to effectively address conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress, prioritizing their safety and well-being.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care, ensuring comprehensive support throughout the therapeutic process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic medical record systems effectively.

• Actively participate in ongoing training sessions and professional development opportunities, staying current with the latest research and best practices in mental health counseling.

• Contribute to the development and improvement of clinical programs, sharing insights and innovative ideas that enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse population within the community, including individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our clients often face challenges such as trauma, mental health distress, relationship difficulties, and other emotional hurdles. Your role is vital in providing culturally sensitive and affirming care that encourages clients to embrace their journey toward healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly, facilitating trust and connection.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• While a minimum of two years of clinical experience working with individuals facing emotional difficulties is preferred, we welcome less experienced but passionately driven candidates eager to learn.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary, ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial rewards, we provide:
