\nAbout the Company
\n \nThe incumbent in this position is responsible for the review and coordination of all contracts as they flow between the Purchasing, Legal, Accounting, Risk Management, Information Technology and End-User Departments in order to ensure compliance with the policies that govern the Purchasing Department and the company.
\n \nAbout the Role
\n \nContracts Administrator - The individual facilitates the contract review process between the Purchasing, Legal, Accounting, Risk Management, Information Technology and End-User Departments; reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns; and enforces Purchasing Policies and Procedures. Employee also has direct contact with suppliers/vendors during the contract review and negotiation process.

- Review and coordinate all contracts as they flow between the Purchasing, Legal, Accounting, Risk Management, Information Technology and End-User Departments. \n
- Ensure compliance with the policies that govern the Purchasing Department and the company. \n
- Facilitate the contract review process between the Purchasing, Legal, Accounting, Risk Management, Information Technology and End-User Departments. \n
- Review and evaluate compliance issues/concerns. \n
- Enforce Purchasing Policies and Procedures. \n
- Maintain direct contact with suppliers/vendors during the contract review and negotiation process. \n
Qualifications
\n \n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance or related field is required. \n
- Master’s degree preferred. \n
- Minimum of three (3) years of related experience working as a contract manager or working in a similar capacity is required. \n
- An equivalent combination of education/training and experience will be considered. \n
Required Skills
\n \n- \n
- Proficient computer skills including expertise in the use of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. \n
- Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. \n
- Incumbent must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License. \n
- Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. \n
Preferred Skills
\n \n- \n
- Prior experience utilizing contract tracking systems is preferred. \n
- Lawson experience highly preferred. \n
