Key Responsibilities\n

• Proactively engage with program participants to prevent the need for crisis services, emphasizing early intervention strategies.

• Maintain and manage crisis alerts, coordinating seamlessly with county crisis services to ensure timely and effective support for clients facing urgent situations.

• Document and facilitate transitions for hospital and inpatient services, ensuring patients receive continuous care and support throughout their discharge processes.

• Utilize crisis de-escalation techniques to maintain a safe and supportive environment, serving as the Clinician of the Day when necessary to guide colleagues in best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges. This includes those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and other emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, dependent on experience and caseload management.
