Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to individuals, families, and groups in various settings, customizing approaches to meet each patient's unique needs.

• Respond to crisis situations with urgency, employing thorough assessments to determine the immediate needs of patients while coordinating appropriate interventions.

• Deliver training and educational sessions on clinical topics to colleagues, staff, and community partners, helping to elevate the standard of care provided by our team.

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate client treatment needs, formulating accurate diagnoses using the DSM-V standards.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, tracking client progress and making necessary adjustments in response to evolving needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and brief therapy techniques during client sessions.

• Provide clinical supervision and support to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, ensuring they can effectively assist clients.

• Collaborate with external community professionals and organizations, building integrated care plans that address complex client circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with mothers and families who often encounter socioeconomic challenges affecting their mental health. You will address a wide range of mental health issues, ensuring that all clients receive the tailored support necessary for their specific situations. Your expertise will help reduce barriers to care, providing culturally sensitive interventions that foster resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, clinical social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An independent license to practice in the state of Oregon as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

Compensation and Benefits\n
