Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough orthopedic evaluations by performing functional assessments and movement analyses to establish baseline data and treatment benchmarks.
• Craft tailored treatment plans incorporating patient-specific goals grounded in clinical best practices and updated guidelines.
• Deliver a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, corrective exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and the application of physical modalities to enhance recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about recovery protocols, strategies for injury prevention, and effective self-care practices to encourage independence in managing their health.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of treatment sessions and patient progress using an efficient electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Engage in regular collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure a coordinated approach to care, focusing on achieving optimal patient outcomes.
• Commit to professional development by actively participating in continuing education and training sessions to maintain licensure and enhance therapeutic competencies.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

Preferred Experience
