In this dynamic role, you will work across multiple clinic locations in and around Pahrump, Nevada, providing outstanding physical therapy services to our diverse patient population. Work Environment

This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence in various clinic settings. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a consistent routine while providing the flexibility to work at different clinics. As a Flotaer Physical Therapist, your adaptability will be key, enabling you to seamlessly transition between environments, enhancing the support provided to our patients and fellow staff members.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to patients in various clinic locations, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of care and patient satisfaction.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement effective rehabilitation interventions tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Collaborate closely with clinic teams, including physicians and nursing staff, to facilitate seamless care and maintain continuity of treatment during staff absences or peak service periods.
• Educate patients and their families regarding the rehabilitation process, including strategies for pain management and injury prevention to promote long-term health and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes following clinical guidelines and legal requirements.
• Act as a mentor for less-experienced staff, sharing your knowledge and supporting their professional development.
• Ensure that all clinic environments uphold high standards of care, professionalism, and positive patient outcomes.
• Travel to various clinic locations within Nevada as necessary, with mileage and travel reimbursements provided to support logistical needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population encompasses a wide range of demographics and needs, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. You will encounter patients with orthopedic concerns, neurological issues, and sports-related injuries, allowing you to utilize a variety of treatment modalities and approaches. The diverse nature of our clientele will challenge you to continually refine your clinical skills while making a meaningful impact on their recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Master's in Physical Therapy (MPT) from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Possession of a valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) in the state of Nevada.
• Flexibility to work across multiple clinic locations and adapt to varying clinical environments.
• Strong clinical skills to effectively assess, treat and implement evidence-based practices for a wide range of conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients, colleagues, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently while managing time effectively and prioritizing patient needs.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in outpatient orthopedic settings or sports therapy is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience in managing pain intervention strategies and rehabilitation programs for diverse patient conditions.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience, accompanied by performance-based bonuses.
