Our standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced schedule that allows for personal time as well.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions tailored to individual client needs, utilizing techniques from MBSR to enhance emotional well-being and stress management.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify the specific stressors, challenges, and aspirations of clients, and devise personalized mindfulness strategies accordingly.

• Provide guided mindfulness exercises, including meditation and breathing techniques, assisting clients in improving self-awareness and emotional stability.

• Facilitate interactive group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness practices, stress reduction strategies, and building resilience within the community.

• Incorporate mindfulness elements into individual therapy sessions to address a range of mental health issues, actively promoting growth and recovery.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to create a comprehensive, integrative treatment approach that emphasizes mindfulness.

• Maintain precise documentation regarding client progress, mindfulness interventions, and customized treatment plans, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Engage in regular self-care and professional development activities to enhance expertise in mindfulness practices and mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• Preferred familiarity with Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) practices.

• Demonstrated ability to integrate mindfulness techniques into therapeutic settings.

• Excellent communication skills, establishing a calming and empathetic therapeutic environment conducive to healing.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
