Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive strength-based assessments to understand the needs of new patients and their families, ensuring that each individual's unique background is respected and integrated into their care.

• Provide tailored individual and family therapy sessions based on the specific needs identified during assessments, using proven therapeutic techniques and methodologies.
\n
• Efficiently complete documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring compliance with specified turnaround times and regulatory requirements.
\n
• Develop and implement crisis intervention plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to assist in maintaining clients' stability and improving their overall functioning.
\n
• Create detailed discharge plans with clients when treatment concludes, fostering continuity of care and promoting ongoing support resources.
\n
• Adhere to all federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, as well as NEHS policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of ethical practice.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and educational opportunities to stay updated on best practices in the mental health field.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings, contributing your expertise and insights to foster a culture of teamwork and shared learning.

• Complete all licensure and mandatory training requirements to ensure compliance with professional standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse patient population, including individuals and families experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. This role emphasizes an inclusive approach, making quality mental health care accessible to all, regardless of socioeconomic background or past experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field that leads to licensure.

• Licensure as a Mental Health Professional (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) within the state of Arizona.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with diverse populations, providing culturally sensitive and responsive care.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is preferred but not mandatory, as we will provide the necessary support and training.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in mental health counseling, particularly in crisis intervention and family dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits\n
