Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• An empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental attitude when engaging with clients.

• Excellent organizational skills, time management abilities, and a knack for self-motivation in a remote setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While 2 years of relevant experience as a mental health therapist is required, candidates with specialized training or certifications in specific therapeutic modalities or populations will be highly regarded. Experience with teletherapy practices and platforms is highly beneficial for adapting to our virtual care environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Avenia Diagnostic and Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with caseloads and relevant experience. In addition to a strong salary, we provide:
