The impact you’ll makeEvaluates and manages new strategic business opportunities, initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, alliances and/or joint ventures. Oversees market analysis, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs. Provides leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementation of strategic business objectives. Defines vision, strategies, and tactics. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.What you’ll doLead strategic commercial partnerships with global chemical suppliers and technology providers, including contract negotiations, exclusivity frameworks, and long-term business agreements.Negotiate and manage licensing, royalty, and technology collaboration agreements to enable innovation, market expansion, and sustainable revenue growth.Drive commercial reviews, pricing strategies, and risk assessments of supplier and partner contracts in alignment with corporate and product objectives.Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to develop supplier ecosystems, commercialization roadmaps, and strategic growth initiatives.Who we’re looking forBachelor's degree or equivalent with 4-6 years of supervisory experience.Our commitmentWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
