Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide ongoing psychotherapy to individuals, and potentially couples or families, adhering to the LPCC scope of practice and regulatory guidelines.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed modalities to guide your practice.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation that aligns with both ethical standards and California Board of Behavioral Sciences requirements.

• Engage with fellow clinicians through regular case consultations and staff meetings to share insights and support one another's professional development.

• Coordinate care with external agencies and professionals, such as medical providers and schools, to ensure comprehensive support for clients as needed.

• Adhere to confidentiality and ethical practice standards, promoting a safe therapeutic environment for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve serving a range of clients, including individuals and families from diverse backgrounds and underserved communities. Qualifications\n

• Active LPCC license in the State of California, in good standing.

• Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A strong foundation in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and delivering various therapeutic interventions.

• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating seamlessly with fellow clinical staff.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Must be qualified to provide clinical services independently without ongoing supervision.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a robust benefits package.
