Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ mental health by utilizing standard clinical interview techniques and evidence-based assessment tools.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate cultural competence, addressing each client's unique background and mental health needs.

• Provide regular, structured therapy sessions, utilizing both individual and group formats to deliver therapeutic interventions that are responsive to clients' presenting issues.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure holistic care by providing referrals and integrating treatment recommendations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, outcomes, and progress within our EHR system, adhering to ethical guidelines and confidentiality protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will work with embody a spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance use disorders, anxiety, depressive disorders, and eating disorders. Your practice will involve working with individuals from various backgrounds, emphasizing the importance of culturally responsive therapy that respects and acknowledges the diversity of our clients’ lived experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating your capability to navigate complex clinical situations.

• Thorough understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and the ability to implement culturally competent therapeutic interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
