Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients impacted by cancer, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to create personalized treatment plans that address the unique cultural and individual needs of each client.

• Employ evidence-based interventions to support patients throughout their treatment process, actively monitoring progress and adapting the care plan as necessary. This involves regular check-ins and updates to ensure the effectiveness of therapeutic strategies.

• Maintain meticulous treatment records and clinical documentation, utilizing state-of-the-art technology to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.

• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to develop comprehensive treatment objectives focused on patient-centered care, ensuring that all parties are aligned with the goals of therapy.

Qualifications\n

Community Uplifters LLC offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
