This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while practicing telehealth. We embrace a flexible work schedule, with typical hours set from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for new clients, identifying their mental health needs and crafting individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based and solution-focused approaches.

• Implement therapeutic interventions utilizing various modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that treatment is personalized to meet each client's unique circumstances.

• Maintain strict confidentiality standards and uphold meticulous record-keeping practices in accordance with HIPAA regulations and other related legislation.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, engaging in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance the quality of care we provide.

• Empower clients and their families through education on mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available for additional support.

• Continuously monitor the efficacy of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Arizona.
\n
• A solid understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy and a proven ability to adapt strategies to meet the unique needs of diverse clientele.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, necessary for building trust with clients and maintaining collaborative relationships with team members.

• A passion for providing empathetic support and a dedication to fostering meaningful change in clients' lives.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with experience in community mental health settings, crisis intervention, or specialized trauma-informed care will be given priority. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and techniques for engaging clients virtually is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 , based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
