Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Circles Behavioral and Recovery Services, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and needs, using established best practices to inform treatment planning.

• Designing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client preferences.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations, ensuring the integrity of client records.

• Collaborating effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to optimize treatment outcomes through teamwork and shared insights.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at enhancing the quality of care we provide.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, fostering a deeper understanding and engagement in the recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services in a mental health or addiction recovery setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
