This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to support clients from your own home while ensuring a healthy work-life balance. Your flexibility to occasionally adjust your work hours based on client needs will be essential, with typical hours scheduled from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, creating avenues for shared learning and community building amongst clients.

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to ensure holistic patient care and integrated treatment strategies.

• Offer timely crisis intervention services, responding effectively to urgent mental health conditions, and ensuring patient safety.

• Educate patients about mental health issues, effective coping strategies, and connect them to available community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
