Your typical workweek will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, allowing you to tailor your working hours around your needs while still meeting our clients' requirements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health and well-being of clients, taking into account their unique circumstances and experiences.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that outline clear and measurable goals for client progress.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records through our electronic health record (EHR) system, documenting each session in a clear and concise manner to support continuity of care.

• Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, family members, and support networks, to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.

• Engage in regular case consultations with colleagues to share insights and strategies that enhance client outcomes, prioritizing a team-oriented approach to mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults, who present with a wide range of mental health challenges. Our clients vary in their backgrounds and encompass individuals facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your ability to adapt your therapeutic techniques and communication styles to meet the needs of each individual will be essential in fostering meaningful relationships and successful therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, ensuring a foundational understanding of mental health principles and practices.

• A valid and current Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California, confirming your qualifications to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
