Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, the Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will:

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions remotely and in-person, using evidence-based methodologies to promote wellness.
\n
• Assess client needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their specific situations and goals.
\n
• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to guide client progress.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
\n
• Engage in supervision and professional development opportunities to refine skills and expand therapeutic techniques.
\n
• Participate in case discussions and team meetings to share insights and updates on client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work primarily with children, adults, and family systems, addressing a wide array of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. As part of our commitment to serving the diverse Camden community, candidates should be prepared to offer bilingual services in both Spanish and English. It is essential that our therapists demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity to the unique needs of each client and family unit.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related field from an accredited program.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license.

• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, working with diverse populations.

• Strong ethical standards and knowledge of HIPAA regulations regarding client confidentiality.

• A commitment to personal and professional growth, with a desire to enhance therapeutic skills.

Preferred Experience\n

In addition to the qualifications listed, preference will be given to candidates who possess:

• Training in specialized therapeutic modalities such as CBT, TF-CBT, or EMDR.

• Experience working with specific populations or issues, including trauma, LGBTQ+, grief and loss, or perinatal mental health.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and a solid understanding of delivering services in a virtual environment.

• The ability to work effectively as an in-network provider with insurance panels.

• A valid driver's license and auto insurance, as occasional travel may be required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $70,000 to $105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
