TDS Proteins API DSP HTPD Co-Op

Johnson & Johnson seeks a motivated co-op student to support high-throughput process development, protein purification, and bioconjugation initiatives within the Innovative Medicine division. The six-month role offers hands-on laboratory experience in process development, chromatography optimization, automation, and data analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Support high-throughput process development, protein purification, chromatography, and bioconjugation activities
- Design, execute, and document laboratory experiments to evaluate process performance and scalability
- Perform chromatography, resin screening, and protein characterization studies using laboratory and automated platforms
- Analyze experimental data using statistical methods to generate insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and manufacturing teams across multiple programs
Requirements
- Completed freshman year or higher at accredited university
- Pursuing Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related scientific/engineering discipline
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Permanently authorized to work in U.S. without visa sponsorship
- Interest in biologics manufacturing and process development
