TDS Proteins AD BMD Co-Op
Johnson & Johnson
Six-month co-op position supporting analytical development and bioassay method development for antibody therapeutics. Hands-on laboratory experience in assay development, cell line characterization, and data analysis within the Innovative Medicine division at Johnson & Johnson's Malvern facility.
Responsibilities
- Support development of analytical platforms for improved assay sustainability
- Assist with Host Cell Protein characterization using mass spectrometry and enzymatic assessments
- Characterize bioassay cell lines through culture, growth evaluation, and flow cytometry analyses
- Develop and execute cell-based assays to evaluate antibody Fc effector function
- Analyze experimental data and generate visualizations for scientific decision-making
Requirements
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences or related discipline
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA; completion of freshman year required
- Rising Junior, Senior, or Master's student preferred
- Experience with cell culture, aseptic technique, and flow cytometry preferred
- Proficiency in experimental design, data analysis, and scientific interpretation preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Permanent U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available
