Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Collaborating closely with the clinical team, including psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and case managers to develop and implement treatment plans.

• Testing and applying experimental therapy protocols and techniques to enhance client outcomes and improve service delivery.

• Completing thorough psychological assessment reports that offer actionable insights and vocational recommendations tailored to individual client needs.

• Conducting in-depth biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate the suitability of clients for various counseling services, work assignments, or further referrals.

• Providing culturally sensitive mental health and substance abuse counseling to individuals and groups, ensuring adherence to best practices in case management.

• Consulting and collaborating with clients, case managers, and other providers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in the United States.
