Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to thoroughly understand clients' mental health challenges, establishing accurate clinical diagnoses and formulating comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their needs.

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness techniques.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention, offering essential support and guidance to clients encountering acute mental health emergencies.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nursing staff, to ensure a holistic approach to each client's treatment journey.

• Provide educational resources to clients and their families regarding the complexities of mental health issues, treatment modalities, and local community assistance programs, while advocating for their rights and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with diverse client populations facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Currently licensed in Texas as a Mental Health Therapist, holding one of the following credentials: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
