Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological needs and create individualized treatment plans based on their specific circumstances.

• Deliver various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to effectively support individuals, couples, and families in their therapeutic journeys.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, focusing on prevalent mental health issues to foster understanding and community among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health care professionals to provide holistic care, ensuring that all team members are aligned in supporting patient well-being.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and stability of patients.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
