Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to address various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles.

• Collaborate with clients to develop customized, goal-oriented treatment plans that enhance their overall well-being and recovery.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute psychological distress, ensuring their safety and establishing a plan for follow-up care.

• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, adhering to strict state and federal confidentiality laws and regulations to safeguard client information.

• Work alongside interdisciplinary teams of professionals to coordinate comprehensive care tailored to client needs, fostering a holistic and integrated approach to mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base spans a diverse demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds. You will work with individuals facing a range of issues from situational life stressors to chronic mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure in the state of Oregon as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT is essential, or eligibility for licensure through the appropriate state agencies.

• Proven experience in delivering effective therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, demonstrating a deep understanding of patient needs and therapeutic techniques.
