Role Description As a Director of Business Development, you will play a key role in identifying, cultivating and converting new opportunities within the veterinary practice space—whether that’s working with practice owners looking to grow or optimize their business, those seeking a transition or sale, or potential partner organizations aligning with our advisory services. You will operate at the interface of sales, relationship-building and strategy: developing a pipeline of prospects, advancing discussions, and hand-off to our transition & advisory team. You’ll help strengthen MVG’s market presence and enrich our relationships with veterinary practice owners, and ultimately contribute to our growth and mission of maximising value for owners. Qualifications Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth initiatives Experience with Business Planning and Contract Negotiation Strong skills in Account Management to maintain and nurture client relationships Ability to work independently in a remote setting with excellent organizational skills Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation skills Knowledge of the veterinary industry and related business operations is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr myVETgroup
